Once you are happy with our proposal, we do the hard work! Sourcing equipment; designing lighting and video; liasing with the venue and allocating the best available crew from our network of skilled freelancers; we do all the planing and preparation to ensure that, come the day of your event, everything will go exactly as planned.




A project manager will take your vision, along with your budget, and begin to design a theme and equipment package to meet your unique requirements. During this process we work closely with you, presenting our design concepts and refining them as many times as it takes to make sure you are totally satisfied.

5. Break Down

There is also the 5th and final step...breaking down and loading out! Our crew will be on site until the floor is clear and the very last truck has departed.
