Contact us with your requirements. We will work closely with you to understand your vision, how you see the event developing, and your budget. Whether you already have a finished, detailed design brief, or absolutely no idea where to begin...We will do what it takes to bring you ideas to life.
Once you are happy with our proposal, we do the hard work! Sourcing equipment; designing lighting and video; liasing with the venue and allocating the best available crew from our network of skilled freelancers; we do all the planing and preparation to ensure that, come the day of your event, everything will go exactly as planned.
A project manager will take your vision, along with your budget, and begin to design a theme and equipment package to meet your unique requirements. During this process we work closely with you, presenting our design concepts and refining them as many times as it takes to make sure you are totally satisfied.
